The diaper smell is not fully contained with this system, however, and there is no warning when you get close to the end of one "roll" of bags. I recommend keeping an extra insert handy to avoid being stuck without a usable diaper pail. This review is from: Diaper Dekor Plus Refills 2 Pack (Baby Product) First, the Diaper Dekor pail and refills are wonderful. I highly recommend both items. However, the refill pictured here indicates you will receive 2 refills capable of holding up to 1160 diapers total. What you actually get are two refills capable of holding 335 diapers each (670 total). I would send them back for a refund if we didn't need them immediately because you can get a 4 pack of the 335 capacity refills at Babies-R-Us online for just a few dollars more. This seller needs to come clean about the product they're providing so buyers can truly compare the cost against other retailers.
